What is the HearMe service all about?

HearMe is a company that offers psychological support for employees. We are a tool that supports employees' mental fitness, prevents job burnout and turnover. We offer access to sessions with therapists, webinars and training in mental health, wellbeing and holistic support. Our specialists are selected, screened and certified psychologists, therapists, psychodietitians, physiotherapists, financial coaches and business coaches. Our goal is to create a healthy and harmonious work atmosphere that contributes to the overall success of the organization.

What is psychological care?

There is a lot of talk these days about the importance of mental health. Psychological support can prove especially useful when there is excessive work-related stress. Regular use of psychotherapist care is unattainable for some employees due to the high cost of therapy. Such a benefit can therefore help many who are unable to pay for regular appointments on their own.

Is the service anonymous?

Our proprietary application uses end-to-end security, which means that no one except the communicators can intercept the content of the messages and video sessions. We do not collect the data exchanged between the specialist and the employee. The data is encrypted and even the authors of the application do not have access to it
