I am a psychologist and psychotherapist working in a systemic approach with elements of narrative and emotional therapy. I graduated in clinical psychology at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, as well as postgraduate studies at the SWPS University in Warsaw, majoring in Psychological Diagnosis in Clinical Practice. I continued my psychotherapeutic training at the Greater Poland Society for Systemic Therapy, and gained professional experience, among others at the Provincial Hospital for the Nervous and Mentally Ill in Gniezno, and at the Institute of Mental Health in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Currently, I run my own practice, participate in numerous trainings, and subject my work to regular supervision. In my practice, it is important for me to build a sense of security and openness. Thanks to a relationship based on trust, you can build readiness to change and self-development.
