In therapy, a relationship based on acceptance, empathy, openness and a sense of security is extremely important to me. Together, we take part in a journey where we look for solutions, focus on resources, opportunities, overcome obstacles together and celebrate success.

I am a psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. I graduated in psychology with a clinical specialization at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Wrocław. I expanded my knowledge and constantly develop it during numerous courses and trainings, incl. at the Crisis Intervention Study, Training and Group Therapy Study, and third wave of CBT training (in particular ACT and Scheme Therapy). I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I have gained clinical experience in many psychological centers in Poland, Sri Lanka and Great Britain, all in order to offer my patients the best possible help. For three years I have been cooperating with the NON LICET Foundation, where I provide psychological consultations and psychotherapy in the cognitive-behavioral trend.

In my practice, it is important for me to choose the best, appropriate help for the reported difficulties. Depending on their severity, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is helpful in “extinguishing fires”, that is, learning to cope with experiencing intense everyday emotions, as well as recognizing and eliminating the mechanisms that sustain them.

For people experiencing long-term difficulties in building a satisfying life and relationships, I suggest schema therapy, which aims to recognize and overcome the patterns of “emotional traps” that are a consequence of difficult childhood experiences and are activated in everyday situations. “Even the farthest journey begins with the first step” – Lao-tzu Every day I work under constant supervision, thanks to which I deepen my psychotherapeutic skills. I work online with adults and teenagers in Polish and English.
